Two men died after their plane crashed in Venice, Florida, near the Gulf of Mexico, late on Wednesday, April 5, local officials said.
According to Venice Police, the plane crashed a half-mile off the Venice Fishing Pier around 10 pm after taking off from Venice Municipal Airport. Sw Florida Strong Shirt Black Men
In a Thursday morning update, the City of Venice said crews continued to search the debris field west of the Venice Fishing Pier and victims’ family members were being notified.
