Detroit Tigers legend Miguel Cabrera already announced that the 2023 MLB season will be his last.
He started his journey as a 20-year-old kid with the Miami Marlins (then Florida Marlins) in 2003.
He is now ready to say goodbye after 21 campaigns at the highest level.
He has achieved everything there is to achieve: a World Series, MVP awards, batting crowns, a Triple Crown, 500 home runs, 600 doubles, 3,000 hits, and the love and respect of all baseball fans.
Houston Astros fans at Minute Maid Park recognized his excellent career with applause before the game on Wednesday. astros gift shop
