
A new NCP car park in the Midlands has been described as the 'UK's tiniest' - but it turns out it offers a hidden benefit. Motorists have been quick to lash out at it only having four spaces, with one even moaning that it is "Mickey Mouse little"
Visitors welcomed the chance to have more parking spaces in the busy city of Cheltenham. But when NCP opened up parking spots at 18 High Street, it emerged that there was only enough room for four cars.
It is at the site of a failed planning application for four flats at Grade II listed Thornbury House. With the application withdrawn, NCP set up the new ticketless car park charging through an app of 95p an hour. mickey shirts for the family
