CLINTON TWP., MI - A horror icon is coming to Michigan to help a local year-round Halloween costume shop celebrate the holiday six months early with its “Halfway to Halloween” event.
Michael Myers, himself, actor James Jude Courtney will be at Screamers Costumes on Saturday, April 29 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to sign autographs and take photos with fans. Screamers is located at 35431 South Gratiot Avenue in Clinton Township in Metro Detroit.
The free event will feature raffles and giveaways, both an adult and a kids costumes contest, live music, vendors and trick or treating.
Courtney starred in the 2018 “Halloween” movie, along with the two sequels, “Halloween Kills” (2021) and “Halloween Ends” (2022). Whether or not there will ever be another “Halloween” movie, Courtney recently told MLive that one way or another, this was his last time playing Michael Myers. michael myers long sleeve shirt
