LADY BUFFS ADD HURTADO TO 2023 HIGH SCHOOL SIGNING CLASS

CANYON, Texas – West Texas A&M head volleyball coach Kendra Potts has announced the addition of Haylee Hurtado to the 2023 signing class.

Middle Blocker/Pin Hitter | Castroville, Texas | Medina Valley High School

Haylee Hurtado comes to Canyon from Castroville, Texas where she plays for Medina Valley High School as an outside hitter and the San Antonio Force Volleyball Club as a middle blocker.

She is an Honorable Mention TSWA 5A All-State team, Express News All-Area team, Offensive MVP All-District, Defensive MVP All-District while also excelling in the classroom, receiving an All-District Academic Team accolade. She is the daughter of Hector and Tricia Hurtado and the sister of Hannah and Hunter. She plans on majoring in Health Sciences while competing at West Texas A&M.
