Lewis Hamilton could lose his F1 title after Felipe Massa suggested he could seek legal action over the result of the 2008 championship. It comes after former F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone stressed the Ferrari star should have won the crown after a race result should have been voided.
The ex-F1 CEO claimed chiefs were made aware of the Nelson Piquet race-fixing controversy but decided not to overturn the result to prevent a scandal. However, the remarks have pushed Massa to look into the issue which could have major ramifications for Hamilton.
